LB's Designs is not responsible for wrongly delivered or lost packages by USPS. With that being said, I will not issue any refunds or replacement items for this case. I do recommend getting in touch with your local post office to figure out the situation. 

If you are not satisfied with your order, or it did not meet your expectations please contact me directly and I would be happy to discuss the problem and get it fixed in a timely manner. 

Cancellations on orders will not be accepted. If you need to change something about your order such as size, quantity, or customizations please get in touch with me at Lbeth6@yahoo.com
